On Target, the former Newark Air Force Base newsletter, was published from 1965 to 1996. The name is a
play off the guidance system mission of the base. The Port Authority arranged for a retro version to be printed in
honor of its 10-year anniversary.
The Thursday, May 19, 2005 edition of Plus Publications' Our Town contains a four-page retro version of On Target.
