2010 Project Status ReportDemolition--COMPLETE
Demolition on the former base cafeteria and COM began in late 2009. Law General Contracting of St. Louisville began on November 16, 2009 with removal of salveagable items and the project was substantially completed in March 2010. The project produced a buildable site as the outcome. A small addition to the Horton Building and utility infrastructure relocations were part of the project. The project required a shut down of the patio.
Gas Line Relocations--COMPLETE
The Energy Cooperative, at no expense to the tenants or the Port Authority, has completed a gas line relocation project that impacted the northwest and eastern portions of the Aerospace & Technology Center campus. The relocation changed gas line service to out buildings so that service is no longer fed through Building 4. It required some digging and construction zones to be on alert during December and into January.
